The Champion
The flagship: a king bed, a proper desk, a private bathroom with hot water, and its own balcony dressed with plants. The room you earn.
The Challenger
The second-floor king: bed centered under the frame, white cover, a nightstand on each side, and a balcony over the street. One step below the top — for now.
The Red Corner
A queen room with a private bathroom and a deep red cover, pressed perfect. Identical to the Blue Corner one floor up — pick your corner.
The Blue Corner
The second-floor twin of the Red Corner: queen bed, dark cover, private bathroom. Same room — one floor more of quiet.
The Prospect
A ground-floor single by the living area: twin bed, desk, and a chair — everything a hungry fighter needs and nothing they don't.
The Amateur
The detached room in the backyard: a bunk (litera), a small desk, good light, and its own door onto the grass. The only shared room, and the cheapest bed in the house.

- AccommodationA comfortable, fully furnished, air-conditioned room at Kombat House, with access to Wi-Fi and shared house amenities.
- Professional TrainingTwo daily training sessions at the Kun Khmer Federation High Performance Center & Kombat Academy, Monday through Friday. Each morning and evening session is two hours, providing up to 20 hours of professional training per week.
- TransportationScheduled round-trip transportation between Kombat House and the training center, plus airport pickup and drop-off.
- Professional CoachingTrain under experienced Kun Khmer and Kombat coaches in a professional high-performance environment designed for fighters of all experience levels.
- Fighter SupportLong-term residents may receive assistance with fight preparation and opportunities to compete in Cambodia, subject to their experience, readiness, and coach approval.

- Your room — air conditioned, hot water, linens, a desk and a bed made up before you land
- Two group sessions a day at Kombat Academy, morning and evening, Monday to Friday
- Two scheduled round trips to the Academy every weekday
- Airport pickup on arrival and drop-off on departure
- Wi-Fi through the whole house
- Housekeeping and fresh linens on the package schedule
- Laundry, house water and drinking water
- Shared kitchen, living area and backyard
Not included
- Meals — the kitchen is shared and always open, and the supermarket is a three-minute walk
- Gear — gloves, wraps and shinguards are yours to bring
- Private coaching — arranged directly with the Academy
- Extra cleaning beyond the schedule — $5 a visit
The terms
- A refundable security deposit of 50% of the package is held at check-in and returned after inspection at check-out, less any damage
- Full payment is due at check-in. Check-in from 2:00pm, check-out before 12:00pm
- Accommodation payments are non-refundable
- Every booking is reviewed and approved by Kombat staff
- Rooms are assigned on availability — a room preference is noted, never guaranteed
- Kombat House is for fighters training at Kombat Academy — the room is not sold on its own
