Across the backyard, separate from the main house, the Amateur keeps the old gym tradition alive: a clean bunk, a small desk with a chair, good lighting, and a door that opens straight onto the grass.
The shared backyard bathroom is a few steps away — shower and hot-water heater included. Simple on purpose: this is the room you pass through on the way up.

The Amateur goes on the shared package: $445 a month, or $356 a month once you stay two months or longer. The room, two group sessions a day at Kombat Academy, the van to the Academy and back every weekday, airport pickup and drop-off, Wi-Fi, laundry, housekeeping and water are all inside that number.
Shares the backyard bathroom — shower and hot water. Up to two fighters — the rate is per person either way. Rooms are assigned on availability, so ask for this one and we'll give it to you if it's free for your dates — otherwise it's another room on the same package, at the same price. Kombat House is for fighters who train at the Academy — the room and the training are never priced apart.

- Shared kitchen, living area and backyard
Not included
- Meals — the kitchen is shared and always open, and the supermarket is a three-minute walk
- Gear — gloves, wraps and shinguards are yours to bring
- Private coaching — arranged directly with the Academy
- Extra cleaning beyond the schedule — $5 a visit
The terms
- A refundable security deposit of 50% of the package is held at check-in and returned after inspection at check-out, less any damage
- Full payment is due at check-in. Check-in from 2:00pm, check-out before 12:00pm
- Accommodation payments are non-refundable
- Every booking is reviewed and approved by Kombat staff
- Rooms are assigned on availability — a room preference is noted, never guaranteed
- Kombat House is for fighters training at Kombat Academy — the room is not sold on its own
